If you find your dogs response to commands, especially around distractions, is lack luster at best, than take a look at what you’re using for motivation. The type of rewards you use in training can make the difference between a dog who learns slowly and has little desire to do what you ask and a dog who responds quickly and enthusiastically every single time.
