Through a variety of exercises and games, this class teaches the most fundamental skills your dog needs to become a well mannered canine citizen. It is perfect for beginners of any age or to build on skills your dog already knows. If you don’t have access to in-person group classes, or simply want a course that works with your unusual schedule, this program is for you.

This purchase gives you 2 MONTHS access to all course documents, videos, trainer feedback/support, and private community. After subscription is expired – your student account will be automatically adjusted to be a part of our online alumni Mind Your Manners community so you don’t lose access to the connections and support you have built.

You and your dog will learn:

  • All the important foundation skills like loose leash walking, sit, down, come, stay, leave-it, settle and more
  • How to effectively play with your dog and use it as a reward in your training
  • How to get your dog accustomed to having his nails trimmed
  • Tips on preventing separation anxiety – a problem especially important to prevent now that you may be spending most of your days at home with your dog!

  • Anytime access to the course videos. The program is self-paced so you can watch the videos anytime of the day or night

  • Two full months access so you’ll have lots of time to work through the material and get the help you need

This program focuses on foundation obedience and life skills. Aggression, reactivity and fear based behaviours will not be addressed.

Requirements and Cancellations

  • Full payment required with class registration to confirm your spot. Payment is non-refundable.
  • Class fees, minus a $25 administrative fee, can be transferred to a future class or service provided at least 5 business days notice of withdrawal is given before the start date of the class.
  • A classroom environment is not always best for some dogs. We do require that all participating dogs be friendly to dogs and people. If after starting class we find that your dog is struggling with reactivity or aggression issues in the class, we may need to pull your dog and switch you to one-on-one training. In this case, a partial credit may be offered depending on circumstances.
  • All participating dogs must have proof of their vaccines or a titre test.
  • Dogs in heat cannot participate in classes. If your dog is due to come into heat during a scheduled class, we recommend you wait until the next available dates to register. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes due to a heat.
